Time to start our recipe
First, we will gather our ingredients for frying chicken such as; One kg boneless chicken, Three small lemons (nimbu ras), One pao (250 grams) dahi (fresh yogurt), One tablespoon (tbsp) adrak and One tablespoon (tbsp) lehsan (garlic and ginger) paste, Seven big tablespoons (tbsp) of cooking oil or a half cup of cooking oil, these will be our ingredients that is going to use in fry chicken recipe. Now, the masalas (spices) and dry (sabout) masalas (spices) that will be using this recipe are; One tablespoon (tbsp) pure safaid sabut zeera (jeera, white cumin seeds), Half tablespoon (tbsp) haldi (turmeric) powder, One tablespoon (tbsp) kashmiri or simple red chili powder, One and a half tablespoon (tbsp) dhania (coriander) powder, One tablespoon (tbsp) safaid namak (white salt), Half tablespoon (tbsp) kali mirch (black pepper) powder, Half tablespoon (tbsp) garam masala (warming spice) powder, One tablespoon (tbsp) ajwain powder or ajowan (carom seeds) also called (trachyspermum ammi), One tablespoon (tbsp) besan (chickpea flour or gram flour) powder, Half tablespoon (tbsp) baking powder (khameeri safoof), One tablespoon (tbsp) maida (all-purpose flour) powder, that’s all maslas (spices) that we needed to make fry chicken recipe.
Intro of Crispy Fried Chicken Recipe
Now, will take one big bowl and add our one kg boneless chicken, then we will add three small lemons juice (nimbu ras), after that we will add one tablespoon (tbsp) lehsan (garlic and ginger) paste, then, we will add one pao (250 grams) dahi (fresh yogurt or whisk yogurt) in the bowl and mix it well. After that, we will start adding our masalas (spices) in it, firstly we will add One tablespoon (tbsp) pure safaid sabut zeera (jeera, white cumin seeds), then we will add half tablespoon (tbsp) haldi (turmeric) powder, after that, we will add one tablespoon (tbsp) kashmiri or simple red chili powder, then, we will add one and a half tablespoon (tbsp) dhania (coriander) powder, after that we will add one tablespoon (tbsp) safaid namak (white salt), then, we will add half tablespoon (tbsp) kali mirch (black pepper) powder, after that, we will add half tablespoon (tbsp) garam masala (warming spice) powder, then, we will add one tablespoon (tbsp) ajwain powder or ajowan (carom seeds) also called (trachyspermum ammi), after that we will add one tablespoon (tbsp) besan (chickpea flour or gram flour) powder and half tablespoon (tbsp) baking powder (khameeri safoof), and one tablespoon (tbsp) maida (all-purpose flour) powder, then we will mix it well for three to four minutes until each layer is cover up with all the masalas (spices), that we added.
Stage 1 of Crispy Fried Chicken Recipe
After four minutes our fry chicken masala (spice) is ready, now, we will leave that for five to six hours so that each layer is well covered up with all the ingredients we add it. Six hours have passed, our fry chicken is looking well ready to be cooked.
Time To Cook
First, we will take our steamer and add half cup of cooking oil, turn on the flames, and set the flames on high, leave the flames for one minute so our oil is well ready. Now, we will start adding our chicken masalas pieces to the steamer according to your use amount, so, after adding all the chick masalas pieces to the steamer, we will cover up the steamer and leave that for five minutes with low medium flame, after five minutes, we will switch the sides of chicken pieces then we will again cover up the steamer and leave for ten minutes with low medium flame so that our fry chicken becomes tender and juicy and boils up completely. After ten minutes we will open up the steamer and turn off the flames, our fry chicken is looking great, and ready to be severed.

We will pick chicken pieces one by one and put it in the plate with tissues on it so it can absorb all the oils. After that, we will make mint yogurt chatni and we will, cut off some salad to eat it with fry chicken. All is done and now our fried chicken is ready to be served.
